We work with Philippine businesses at the ₱10M–₱100M scale — handling tax compliance, BIR audit defense, payroll, and advisory. It's detailed, consequential work, and we do it carefully.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly and quarterly BIR returns (VAT, withholding tax, income tax)
- Prepare audited financial statements and working papers
- Assist in BIR audit defense and Letter of Authority responses
- Supervise junior staff and review bookkeeping outputs
- Communicate directly with clients on compliance matters
- Maintain books of accounts in compliance with BIR requirements
Qualifications
- CPA license required (active PRC registration)
- 2–4 years experience in accounting or audit
- Solid knowledge of BIR regulations and PFRS/GAAP
- Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Senior Audit Associate

Responsibilities
- Lead preparation, review, and finalization of audited financial statements in accordance with PFRS and BIR regulations
- Manage BIR audit and LOA response engagements end-to-end, including representation and settlement negotiation support
- Review and sign off on workpapers, tax returns, and compliance outputs prepared by junior associates
- Conduct compliance reviews, identify client exposure areas, and present findings to partners and clients
- Prepare and review all BIR tax filings — monthly, quarterly, and annual — across a portfolio of clients
- Handle SEC, LGU, and other regulatory submissions and ensure deadlines are met without exception
- Act as primary client contact for day-to-day compliance matters
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (BSA); CPA license required
- 3–5 years of experience in external audit, tax compliance, or a similar role in a CPA firm or regulated environment
- Strong working knowledge of PFRS, BIR regulations, and Philippine tax compliance
- Hands-on experience with BIR audit response, LOA handling, or deficiency assessment resolution is a significant advantage
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet tight deadlines
- Willing to work on hybrid set-up
